Prior to joining Flight Lease, Ms. Gonzalez worked at O’Shell Daun a forensic accounting firm as a CPA, where she supported more than 30 forensic accounting cases, compiling detailed financial analyses and managing sensitive documentation—experience that translates seamlessly to the precision and rigor required in aircraft leasing and finance. Earlier in her career, Ms. Gonzalez held accounting and administrative roles in the wealth management, legal, and retail sectors, developing expertise in collections, accounts payable, and client communications. Her cross-industry experience and meticulous approach make her an integral part of Flight Lease’s financial operations and client service excellence.
