The 123 Precision Conversion Freighters delivers the lightest OEW in its class—around 27 tonnes payload capability (~59,680 lb), 14 main-deck and 10 lower-hold ULD positions totaling approximately 7,156–7,963 cu ft—with dual-lock cargo systems and no permanent ballast, ideal for efficient, next-gen freighter operations.
The Boeing 737-700BDSF is a converted freighter offering a maximum structural payload of approximately 41,000 lbs (18,600 kg) and a volumetric capacity of around 4,800 cubic feet (136 m³). It features a strengthened main deck floor, a 94″ x 140″ cargo door, and accommodates up to 10 standard ULD positions. With a range of over 3,200 nautical miles (5,900 km) and fuel-efficient CFM56-7B engines, it provides operators with reliable performance for medium-haul cargo missions.
The Boeing 737-800BCF (Boeing Converted Freighter) turns former passenger 737-800s into efficient freighters, offering a payload of around 52,800 lb (23.9 metric tons) and a range nearing 2,000 nm—ideal for express domestic operations. Launched in 2016 with first deliveries in 2018, the program has secured over 200 orders and delivers around 20% fuel savings, 23% greater payload, and 29% more volume compared to previous models.
The Boeing 777-200LRMF (Mammoth Freighter) conversion offers a maximum gross payload of approximately 233,000 lb (105,700 kg), a main-deck capacity of up to 22 pallets/ULDs plus a lower hold carrying 10 additional pallets or 32 LD3 containers, and a long-range capability of around 4,900 nautical miles—positioning it as one of the most productive, efficient long-haul freighters in the market today.
