Mr. Pradhan joined Flight Lease in 2021, bringing 15 years of experience in corporate finance, commercial strategy, and capital budgeting, with a strong focus on fund raising and corporate strategy.
As a key member of the commercial team, Mr. Pradhan plays a vital role in structuring transactions, commercial negotiations, lease accounting, and maintaining investor relations for Acumen and its clients. Before joining Acumen, he led the commercial analytics team at AIG and held a significant role in the Corporate Finance division at GMR Infrastructure.
Mr. Pradhan holds a B.Com (Honors with distinction), M.Com, and an MBA in Finance, along with a 1-year course in applied finance, mergers & acquisitions, AIF, and strategy from IIM Kolkata.
