Geoffrey Alexander, Managing Director
Geoff brings over 10 years of professional experience in sourcing and negotiating leases, equity investments and debt transactions. Prior to founding Flight Lease, Geoff was a Principal at Palm Beach Capital, a $450M private equity firm where he led the formation and development of the firm’s lending and structured finance platform. Prior to Palm Beach Capital, Geoff was Partner at the The Comvest Group, a $1.6 billion private equity firm, where he was responsible for originating, structuring, and negotiating debt and equity investments.
Larry Travers, Managing Director
Larry has founded and served as senior executive to several leading companies such as Morgan Stanley, Conoco, Baader Securities and Sindicatum Sustainable Resources. He has extensive financial experience and has raised over 750M for early stage businesses and funds.

With an established track record of success in senior management roles for multinational companies, Dora leads the business development and marketing for the organization. With over 20 years of experience in developing requisite strategic vision and achieving business goals, Dora offers a blend of executive acumen, global team-building skills and business development.
Steven Lee, Managing Director
Steven has a background in engineering with a focus on commercial engine performance interpretation. He manages financial models and is an expert in understanding maintenance requirements and determining residual values implications of commercial engines and aircraft.
